Hard-mount Poseidon Wetcleaning Machines require a reinforced concrete foundation and bolt-down. Since not all fabricare facilities have the 8-inch concrete foundation required to operate a 200 G-force hard-mount machine. Poseidon hard-mount wetcleaning machines can operate on a lesser foundation by adjusting G-force extract accordingly. Programmable G-force is critical when installation variables are not ideal.

Programmable Extract Speeds up to 200 G-force

Poseidon Wetcleaning Machines gently reach extract speeds of 200 G-force. By comparison, most competitive hard-mount washers typically only reach speeds between 75-150 G-force. As extract speeds increase, so does the moisture removed during extract. The higher extract speeds of Poseidon hard-mount wetcleaning machines cut subsequent dry-time, natural gas consumption and labor expense. By cutting dry time, heat exposure and mechanical action are also reduced, resulting in less linen wear. Less time in the dryer significantly bolsters productivity and reduces utility costs. Extract speeds are programmable to meet the specific wetcleaning needs of a variety of items.

Optimum Dosing for Unsurpassed Cleaning Results

To guarantee optimum cleaning for every load type, Poseidon Wetcleaning Machines feature 12 standard chemical injection signals with programmable time dosing and flush flexibility. Chemicals are diluted with water before being introduced into the machine drum – preventing direct chemical-to-linen contact – preventing linen damage.

Logi Pro Control

Superior programmability means textile care operations can properly clean a variety of fabrics and load types depending on specific needs. The highly flexible Logi Pro Control offers 25 individually modifiable programs—each with up to 11 baths, including multiple pre-wash, wash and rinse cycles. The Logi Pro delivers up to six programmable water levels; a delayed start and rinse option; overnight soak; variable wash action; programmable extract speeds, including zero rotation; programmable compartment flush times up to 99 seconds and optional double flush; temperature controlled fill up to 194 degrees; and timed chemical dosing by the second. To ensure optimum efficiency and results, the Logi Pro Control, incorporates a water and chemical adjustment feature. Operators simply select the load size – 1/4 load, 1/2 load, 3/4 load or full load. The control automatically adjusts water levels and chemicals according to the selected load size – a feature that saves water and chemicals!

The front, side and top panels are constructed of steel and coated with Poseidon’s unique Titan Steel Finish™ for superior appearance and corrosion resistance. Each component is engineered with as few welds as possible for unmatched strength. The oversized door, which allows for simple loading and unloading, is also equipped with a heavy-duty, bolt-style hinge to withstand constant use. Rounded cabinet corners, oversized bearings and a quality sealing system ensure years of trouble-free performance. Accessible components and simplified maintenance make Poseidon Wetcleaning Machines a pleasure to own, maintain and service. The top panel is easily removed without interfering with chemical dispensers. The drain is easily accessible via the removal of the front panel. Bearings are lubricated for a lifetime, the poly-v belt needn’t be tightened, and bearings and seals are easily replaced without removing the machine drum.

Single-Phase Power

Operating on single-phase power with inverter technology, Poseidon Wetcleaning Machines consume less energy and are less costly to install than industry standard three-phase units. No longer is a three-phase breaker required for installation—resulting in a significant savings during initial setup. If three-phase power is pre-wired, however, Poseidon Wetcleaning Machines are easily adapted to meet this requirement.



Water Stingy

Poseidon technology allows for unrivaled wetcleaning using significantly less water. Designed without a sump – a water containment area at the base of the machine – Poseidon Wetcleaning Machines save up to 3 gallons of water with each fill, when compared to machines with outer tub sumps. Less water used results in lower water-heating costs and reduced chemical usage.


Poseidon Wetcleaning Machines also feature AquaFall™, which lowers water usage further. Water enters the machine drum through holes in the drum lifters. As the drum turns, lifters release water from above, resulting in superior load saturation, chemical penetration and rinsing.


Similarly, the Poseidon AquaMixer™ system enhances wash action by mixing hot and cold water to achieve precise bath temperatures. AquaMixer minimizes hot water consumption while enhancing results.
